Welcome to the Hiram College Library. This guide is designed to give you a sense of the wealth of library resources available to you and to your students. Those resources may support classroom instruction, student research, or your own research. The guide is written for all faculty and serves as a good introduction to new faculty.
Built in 1995, the library has four floors, plus a fifth mezzanine floor that houses the clock tower and the fiction collection.
The library has 8 group study rooms, as well as additional study spaces. There are 12 computers available and wireless access is throughout the building.
The building also houses the Tech and Trek offices and help desk (main floor) and Media Services (lower level). There are plans to bring Career Services, Student Development, and the Study Away offices on the main floor, along with a micro-market for coffee and snacks.
